We reconstruct a photography of how the organization works, including all the factors that it is composed of (people, documents, procedures).
We look at the same things and we set goals, shared and reachable.
We design interventions that are practicable, functional and in harmony with the resources of the organization.
We transform the strategies into actions of sustainable change to reach the negotiated goals.
I love stories and shared cultural narratives. I try to bring into MAPS my experience in the socially constructed processes implied in organizational contexts and in the management of interpersonal dynamics.
For me, MAPS is a great opportunity to evolve the study and the intervention in organizational contexts, thanks to the possibilities offered by the GENERATIVE methodology.
I am excited by the possibility of designing and generating useful and meaningful itineraries for groups, and for the single individuals in them. I consider MAPS the creative and rigorous laboratory where I can realise this.
